Return Process

  Log into your Solis Global account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap and box to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse without damage.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are fully covered.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
